Hello, guys! Comfortable Saturday!
We had fairly the eventful Friday evening. We obtained a loopy rain and wind storm yesterday and ended up dropping energy for just a few hours. We ate dinner through candlelight, which was form of enjoyable and jogged my memory of instances as a child once we misplaced energy. Our dinners had been form of ridiculous – I ate tortilla chips, cheese, and pepperoni – however, hey, we made it work. The facility got here again on proper earlier than bedtime, so we had been fortunate.

I’m loving these individually-packaged haddock fillets from Entire Meals – simply defrost and prepare dinner up in a pan with some ghee, veggies, and seasoning. Simple-peasy!
Quickie lunch: Haddock, peas (frozen), and fermented carrots with spicy mustard. So yummmmm!
